Video Equipment - What kind of camera and microphone do you use? Ask Evan

What kind of camera and mike do you use. It is crystal clear. Also do you use a tripod to elevate the camera above you? I do a weekly announcement for my indutsry and I want to upgrade the appearance. I just changed my mike to a BLUE Snowball mike and the sound is much better.
