We talk a lot about passion and rightfully so, even Chp 9 of my handbook "Follow Your Passion" when selecting a business to start.

Great, sounds easy enough; but what I got out of this quote "and (if) you work hard, you will be successful"

Being in business is not 9-5 and is not easy. Offline this concept is of work is more readily understood; however the online hype leads too many newbies down the wrong path - "We do it all for you, Everything is on Autopilot, make money today....
