Pinterest For Tech Stuff?

I honestly find it difficult promoting tech blog and related stuff on Pinterest.

With the flood of lingerie and other ladies fashion accessories hanging loose, any workaround or suggestion on what worked for you?

It's not like that as I too use Pinterest and have 5 boards which I have named with the keyword each for the site. And I have got over 50 followers in just three weeks and even I am getting responses, repins and visitors from there. You need to use it in an effective way that will be using titles in a catchy way, I assure you you will get visitors.

Today I pinned my latest post on my personal blog, which was about a famous game of chess between the American prodigy Paul Morphy and the Duke of Brunswick, which was played in the Duke's box during an opera performance...

I actually made a mistake and pinned a photo of Morphy (with a link back to my blog post) to my "Motivation & Success Mentality" board so I then had to work out what the game of chess offered as a "motivation lesson"...

This is what I came up with...

Morphy was not playing the game under circumstances entirely of his own choosing, BUT did not let the circumstances he found himself in distract him from winning the game he was playing.

Just one more thing I like about Pinterest - it helps me to improve my blog posts!!

Overall, I think Pinterest is a great social media, and given the 'image worth a thousand words' ideology, affords enormous publicity medium.
