Good post Evan and nice response Yinka. It's very easy to put things off until tomorrow when we think we are getting a bit overwhelmed but by doing that we are just putting pressure back on ourselves tomorrow.

This is so true Mal and that is what procrastination is all about. In the end it just makes life more difficult and stressful and I think that it is something we are all guilty of from time to time.
