All of them. No one uses these skills at one time. It depends on the role a person plays. For eg. A corporate leader requires many of these skills. A cheer leader and spiritual leader doesn't require most of them.

A person can pickup these skills, if he plays variety of roles - corporate, social, spiritual, etc The role which is balanced.

The key leadership skill that I found common is "Learning". Leadership = Learning = Leadership

Would be happy to discuss and share more on leadership.

In response to ideauniversity's question about how many of these skills we possess, I was going to say 'too few to admit publicly,' but thinking about what Robert said, I agree with him: we possess elements and levels of each of the important skills and they are there for us to call upon when the time is right.

I agree that "learning" is key to every one of the skills. It doesn't matter how good we are at something, we can always learn something to make us even better at it. And in an ever-changing and evolving world, it is through learning that we keep up to the changes.

Great thread, Yinka.

I agree with Robert and GT that at any point in time we possess at least one of those skills, with the ability to call upon any of the other skills when needed. Of course, everyone is born with specific skills and traits, and some skills and traits need to be learned and put into practice first.
